About the Event
Join Manhattan Zodiac to learn more about Santa Ana’s award winning Blinking Owl Distillery and taste through their 100% California made spirits. Stay for the second half to learn how to create a signature Blinking Owl cocktail with us.
This event is offered every other Thursday and Saturday. Thursdays will feature simpler cocktails, but be ready to roll your sleeves up on Saturdays.
Spirit tasting should last roughly 15 minutes and then we’ll flow into cocktail creation.
